Cory Kruse on the Growth of Midsize RPO

In the article, “Midsize Momentum” in HRO Today, Christa Elliott explores midsize RPO deals and why they are gaining market share. Elliott writes that “RPO has become an incredible tool that can help free HR leaders to play a more strategic role.” As part of her article, she interviews several leaders in the field, including Cory Kruse, President of Orion Novotus.

Cory addresses one of the challenges of midsize RPO. He says that, often, midsize companies grow to be midsize very quickly and need to scale up their workforce in an environment that may not have any type of Talent Acquisition process in place. “This is where a mid-market RPO organization fits nicely and can create immediate success and grow with the company,” explains Cory.

Elliott summarizes the viewpoints of her various contributors by writing that RPO strategy can bring value, especially when coupled with an “open and collaborative attitude”.
